There are five types of acquiring methods
1) Cognitive: a person who is independent and discovers and explores and executes on his own; a self-achiever.
2) Affective: a person who gets affected by the environment and the people around him, an imitation learner, and who is good with relationship building and networking.
3) Critical: is an “out of the box thinker”, rebellious and unique with his perceptions and ideas.
4) Reflective: is a person who is like a “sponge” taking in everything and then reflecting upon to take decisions and execute. He even sets benchmarks.
Integrated: a person who is into multi-tasking and has a compound learning style and various interests.
